We want you to love your gear. Every order includes a 100-day trial and a lifetime warranty.

100-day trial

Travel with your purchase for up to 100 days after delivery. If it isn't right for you, contact us to start a return.

• Items must be returned with all included parts and accessories.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive the item.

Lifetime warranty

We cover manufacturing defects in wheels, handles, zippers and shell for the life of the product. Normal wear and tear, airline damage and misuse are not covered.
